M5Stackで作る 太陽光発電所の遠隔監視

M5Stackに自作計測基板と電流センサを使い太陽光発電所の監視システムを構築しました。バッテリー電圧，電力量を計測しスマホ表示できます。

システム構成

• 通常時はソーラーパネルからパワコンによりバッテリーへ電気を貯めています。
• バッテリ電圧を専用ADCにより正確に計測，i2c接続の電流センサにより電気使用量を計測しています。
• M5Stackの画面に情報を表示，10分ごとにスプレッドシートへ保存，データスタジオによりスマホへ表示できるようにしています。
• 電圧低下時はGASの機能によりアラートメールで通知されます。

* During normal operation, electricity is stored from the solar panel to the battery by the power conditioner. * The battery voltage is accurately measured by a dedicated ADC, and the amount of electricity used is measured by a current sensor connected to i2c. * The information is displayed on the M5Stack screen, saved in a spreadsheet every 10 minutes, and displayed on a smartphone using Data Studio. * When the voltage drops, the GAS function sends an alert email for maintenance.

ストーリー

既存のソーラ発電所はアナログメータしか表示が無く，バッテリーを使いすぎると停電してしまうため，日々の天気と残量を気にしていたそうです。
M5Stackを中心とした安価な開発ながら，デジタル計測，記録，遠隔モニタ，異常メールと十分な機能を開発でき，安心・安定した運用ができるようになりました。
今後は電気使用量と発電量からCO2削減量も把握したいと考えています。

The existing solar power plant had only an analog meter to display the battery power, and if the battery was used up too much, the power would go out, so they had to keep an eye on the daily weather and the amount of remaining power.
With inexpensive development centered on M5Stack, they were able to develop sufficient functions for digital measurement, recording, remote monitoring, and error mail, allowing them to operate with peace of mind.
In the future, they would also like to grasp the amount of CO2 reduction from the amount of electricity used and generated.

* 苦労した点
UIFlow でエラーからのリカバリが苦労しましたが，安定して連続稼働できました。
* Difficult points
I had a hard time recovering from errors in UIFlow, but it was able to operate stably continuously.
